3+ years of quantitative trading or research experience in crypto, FX, or rates. Solid grounding in options pricing, volatility modelling, and derivatives risk management. Strong Python or C++ for strategy backtesting and live execution. Experience managing books in 24/7 markets. Familiarity with DeFi liquidity venues and on-chain mechanics is a plus.
