Legal Counsel – Digital Assets & Regulatory Affairs (Americas)

Qualified lawyer (JD or equivalent) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in financial regulation, fintech, or digital assets. In-depth knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (FinCEN, CFTC, SEC, state MSB licensing). Experience advising on licensing applications, regulatory engagement, and product counselling across federal and state regulators. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

You are equally comfortable drafting a regulatory comment letter and advising a product squad on a tight deadline. You provide pragmatic legal advice that allows the business to move at pace while staying fully compliant, and you are energised by the rapidly evolving US digital-asset regulatory landscape.
