Regulatory Compliance Officer – EU (Binance France SAS)

3+ years of compliance experience within an EU-regulated financial institution or VASP. Thorough understanding of MiCA, AMLD6, and the AMF regulatory framework. Experience managing regulatory examinations and responding to information requests. Ability to draft clear compliance policies and deliver training to business teams. Prior experience with French or Luxembourgish regulatory bodies is strongly preferred.

You are methodical and credible with regulators, but also a pragmatic partner to the business. You anticipate regulatory change before it arrives, build robust compliance frameworks that scale, and communicate complex regulatory requirements in plain language to engineers and product managers alike.
