Expert knowledge of FinCEN BSA/AML requirements, OFAC sanctions, and US state money transmission licensing. Demonstrable experience managing relationships with FinCEN, NYDFS, and other US financial regulators. Track record of building and scaling compliance teams in a fast-growth environment. JD or advanced degree in law, finance, or a related field preferred.
