4+ years of market-making or quantitative trading experience in crypto or traditional financial markets. Strong understanding of limit order book dynamics, bid-ask spread optimisation, and inventory management. Proficient in Python and comfortable extending or debugging low-latency execution systems written in Go or C++. Experience across multiple CEX and DEX venues. Solid knowledge of fee-tier economics and rebate structures.

You maintain mental clarity when markets are moving fast and positions are offside. You iterate on strategies rapidly, improve edge consistently, and treat every basis-point of spread improvement as a win worth pursuing. You are equally comfortable diving into exchange API docs and discussing macro with the trading desk.
