KYC Analyst, Compliance Operations (Binance France SAS)

Our Compliance Operations team is hiring a KYC Analyst to review onboarding cases for retail and institutional users across the EEA. What you will do: - Run customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews against our onboarding policy. - Escalate high-risk cases with a clear, documented rationale. - Investigate transaction-monitoring alerts and on-chain activity. - Work with Product and Engineering to reduce false positives. What you bring: - 2+ years of hands-on KYC, CDD or AML operations experience in financial services, payments or crypto. - Familiarity with an AML/CTF framework such as the EU AMLD, the UK MLR 2017 or MAS PSA. - Experience with a case-management or blockchain-analytics platform such as Chainalysis, Elliptic or Actimize. - Willingness to cover a weekend shift rotation. - Fluent English; French is a plus.

You are methodical and evidence-driven, you write decisions down clearly, and you are comfortable owning a queue without being chased. You want to grow into senior compliance work.
