Senior Backend Engineer, Trading Systems

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale the low-latency, high-throughput services behind our spot and derivatives trading engine. You will design distributed systems that process millions of orders per second, own critical matching and risk components end to end, and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to keep the platform fast and reliable. Requirements: 5+ years building production backend systems in Go, Java, Rust, or C++; deep experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and high-availability architecture; strong fundamentals in data structures, databases, and message queues (Kafka, Redis); experience operating latency-sensitive services at scale. Crypto or fintech experience is a plus.
